BUSINESSMAN AND BILLIONAIRE JIMOH IBRAHIM ARRESTED OVER N6B TAX FRAUD.

According to a report by the Sahara Reporters,The Special Enforcement Unit of Federal Inland Revenue Service, on Monday arrested, Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim over tax fraud that runs into N6.8 billion.
A source within the agency, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Ibrahim is currently under detention at the agency’s office.
“We are investigating a case where Chief Ibrahim, defrauded the federal government to the tune of N6.8 billion,” the source said. “He is in our custody. We intend to take a statement from the suspect under caution.”
According to the source, the businessman had been eluding officials of the unit for some time now, but was arrested this afternoon in his hotel room in NICON Luxury Hotel, Abuja.
